We have loved Dr. Chao for about 10 years. She knows my children and has watched them grow. She is smart and listens and is full of great ideas about health and qellwell in children. My kids don't mind going to the doctor because such a solid relationship has been made.

Kind. Compassionate. Knowledgeable. See saw my newborn in the hospital and provided excellent care.
Dr. Chao charged us for an office visit in addition to a check up that was covered under our preventive care. We informed the doctor of our child's medical history and that she is being seen by a separate specialist (that we pay out of pocket for) and that her condition is well managed. We receive a bill for $300 because "the physician addressed questions and concerns for a pre-existing condition..." Our previous pediatricians in Oregon (where we moved from) NEVER once did this.
