I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication from the front desk staff. I called the office three separate times to reschedule my appointment and left multiple voicemails, but I never received a response or a call back. Patients rely on clear communication to manage their health and schedules, and it’s very frustrating not to get any assistance after making repeated efforts. It's impossible to get through. I don't know what the receptionists do. If there aren't enough of them, hire more. You should monitor your thyroid, but you can't make an appointment with a doctor because they put you on voicemail.
Always trying to call and nobody picks up the phone. This is ridiculous. Good doctor, but the representative did not answer the phone you try to call for appointment is no pick up for two or three days later. They need to change the phone line or something going on it’s hard to get to them
