I love Dr Jolicoeur! She's done 2 colonoscopies with me. Every conversation is kind, attentive, empathy. The virtual meetings are great and convenient! Listens to my concerns and made me feel at ease & comfortable. Genuine care - She's the BEST!

She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. I really appreciated their clear communication and genuine care. Highly recommend!
Would not recommend. Had issues with the office admin Lyne. The doctor did not show for my scheduled virtual appointment. Lyne called 45 after scheduled appointment and threatened me with a fine and a long wait time to get the appointment rescheduled. 6 months later have not heard from her.
Amazing Doctor!! Takes the time to listen to your concerns. Explain everything clearly. 110% on her bedside manner. Her knowledge and skills are top-notch. Made me have complete trust in her before/during my procedure. Every Doctor should be like her!!
