I was scheduled for a root canal....after waiting 3 weeks and showing up for the appointment and waiting 20 minutes, I was told the dentist had just looked at the xray and couldn't do the surgery. My time was wasted, and I was left in pain. They offered to refer me out, but that just means starting all over again. Thanks for nothing.

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted fantastic. It was one of the best I've ever tasted. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
