Dr. Eisa is a likeable person but is blind to the shortcomings of his staff. 5 phone calls to get a simple insurance question answered each call the one person capable of answering an insurance question was not there. When she finally returned a call she ranted on for 8 minutes about her personal problems to the point of nearly yelling. Said she'd check into it next week and has never gotten back to me. There are a lot of good doctors in this area. Don't waste your time at Dr. Eisa's.
