The staff is rude, appointments (including emergency appointments) have to be booked months in advance. Every time I've gone I have had to wait for hours after the appointment time to be seen. They do not follow up on or update patient referrals.
I really like Dr. Rosenthal and her staff. She was an excellent surgeon and would highly recommend her. Unfortunately, the call center to make her appointments needs a lot of work. I have called there several times and have never had a pleasant experience. The schedulers are very curt and make me feel as if I am inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job.
