My friend did his physical test at this clinic, when he went to the DMV to change his address. DMV told him the physical test is not picking up in the system. You need to call the doctor. When he called the doctor, he came up with so many excuses at the end he told him to get your physical test in another Clinic. I am not recommending any CDL license holder to do their physical test at This clinic because it is a fraud and they will just take your money and nothing will show at the DMV regarding your physical test.
