I was there by a misunderstanding but this dr was trying to help my roommate understand that she has a dangerous mental illness and couldn't leave the hospital in the kindest way possible. I realized that we don't appreciate how hard it is to save lives when the person thinks they're not sick and everyone else is wrong. Only good doctors like this are tough enough to be harassed and attacked by mentally sick people. we need to protect them

Elssy, you are the most inconsiderate, unkind, insensitive, and dismissive healthcare provider I have ever encountered. You lack compassion in a field that requires, at the absolute minimum, some capacity for empathy. Had a wonderful experience. Office was flexible with the hours I needed for appointment and Dr was always available and very knowledgeable.
