Dr Magalong is nice. I like him as my doctor but his staff is worse. I dont want to deal with them. They need more training hiw to deal with patients. I did not even get a text or voice mail for my appointment. I have to call to verified my appointment today and instead to pacify me because she is asking me to do all paper works where i am done with them. She adked me if i want to cancel. You will lose clients because of her. Sorry to say
Dr magalong is friendly, empathetic, professional, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and everything a person would want a doctor to be. I’m thankful he’s my go to guy.
Such a nice doctors office. Everyone was very helpful and Dr Magalog was so calm and patient. Glad I found them.
