Dr Hayes is empathetic, experienced and non judgmental. She listens well and is willing to venture into newer modalities to work with her patients. She has a profound understanding of the mind body connection and the underpinnings of neuroscience and neurochemistry. Psychiatrist in general are difficult to get appointments with because there are fewer of them and patients often require more one on one time. Dr. Hayes was a very good doctor for me. I had to travel an hour and half to get to her for my appointments but she was well worth it. She was the only psychiatrist that would have me as a patient. Everybody else was booked up for 2 to 3 years and they had a waiting list. How ridiculous is that?!! I had one staff member that was a little difficult to work with but other than that, I had no problems. This Doctor diagnosed me with a BOOK when I went there. She tried to get more money out of me than my Insurance required. Wait times were significantly long. She tried to give me Lithium! DO NOT GO HERE. I heard she got shut down and probably for a goid reason too.
looks like the office shut down without notifying patients, been trying to contact for month, went there sept 9 appt and office was locked.
