i had the best experience ever with Emilia!! she was so helpful with removing my braces and molding my retainers. shes super nice and i had a great time! super efficient
I’ve had braces for 2 years and 3 months now even though this place told me I would get my braces off LAST YEAR. Every time I went to my appointment, they would either mess up a couple of my teeth or forget to connect the wire to my brackets. They shaved my teeth very crookedly and my bottom front teeth are extremely messed up because of them. Where to begin… I came to the clinic for dental care, and while she glorified her clinic and her work, she clearly only cared about the money. In multiple visits, she wouldnt even take full minute to check my chart or teeth and would send me in my way, but gladly taking my money. This went on for months. When she predicted that I would be done with treatment, she added 4 more months were absolutely nothing seemed to change. At the end, she took the braces off and sent me on my way. The time with this dentist was horrible they refuse to make any accommodation to the patients need leaving braces wires too long impaling the victims jaw , they refuse to be complaint with anything that involves the patients request of modification and are just plain rude
