I had a fantastic experience at the Vision Center at Walmart. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. My experience was very relaxing with professional and polite staff. The Doctor was very patient and made sure we covered everything in the exam. I could not have asked for a Better experience. I will be coming back Dr. Jones in the future. Excellent excellent excellent 👌
Staff explained things to me in a very understandable manner and Dr Jones did a great job explaining how the exam machinery works. I have never understood it before, but I do much better now. Totally pleasant and thorough examination.
Dr. Jones was excellent! I have a very high prescription for my glasses, and every other optometrist I've been to has been all gloom and doom, but Dr. Jones was extremely positive about my vision's future! It was a nice change. I don't have vision insurance, and the $85 for a basic exam didn't break the bank. 10/10, would recommend to anyone needing their eyes checked.
Came in as a walk in and didn’t have to wait they got right with me. Dr Ellis was amazing, my eyes were to bad and isn’t of letting me purchase the glasses like most would he referred me to a specialist first then return after I received results . I really appreciated that from him. He was very patient and explained everything to me where I’d understand.
