Dr Ellis is great. He's kind and patient, 5 stars! The front desk help is rude. When I called to reschedule she hung up on me before confirming my name. When I called again to confirm details she was sarcastic and not confirming all details simply saying "same time" before hanging up on me again. My original appointment was 3p, the rude receptionist reschedule me for 330p because she failed to confirm time.

Dr. Jones was awesome with my Grand Daughters (5&7). He treated them like people and was very patient with them. Thumbs up Dr. Jones and thanks for making the girls feel comfortable!

I first left a great review for Dr. Jones but after some time I realized things were not handled right. My son is autistic and got dizzy and sick every time he tried to wear the glasses he was prescribed. I waited six months before saying anything because the doctor told me to slowly get him adjusted to the new frames. We have never had that issue before so I thought it was normal. I drive 30 minutes from Burleson just to see Dr. Jones. I have always had a positive experience and I trust him with my vision health. His demeanor is pleasant and extremely helpful. Our family highly recommends his practice!

Dr. Ellis R Jones and associates was very information, kind, and efficient. He address all my concerns. He also explained them it in a way I could definitely understand. I highly recommend him. Couldn't have asked for better service!
