We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jones during my son's visit. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Jones was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. He took the time to make my son feel comfortable, explaining everything in a way that was easy for him to understand. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their families. We felt heard, respected, and truly cared for. I’m so grateful for the compassion and professionalism Dr. Jones showed, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We switched to Dr. Jones years ago after we found out about his prices! I needed a mid year eye exam and it was so cheap! If you need a cash exam, go here! Also, the staff is wonderful. Dr. Ellis Jones is such a kind, patient man, who is willing to sit and talk with you about what is going on with your eyes. I highly recommend this practice. They have been there for our family and are incredibly helpful!
Before going I called to ask a question and I was immediately put on hold 14 minutes 43 seconds was the full amount of time. When I arrived there were two people at the front desk. The main one at the desk was eating. I guess that is why she couldn't answer the phone. Besides that Dr Jones was great! Dr Jones asks a lot of important questions and actually listens. Everything with him was quick and friendly. Very helpful, get what you need, he tells you about discounts and gets you out in a very timely manner.
One of the most comfortable experiences I have ever had in a Doctor's office. Dr. Jones was very polite and made me feel so welcome. Thank you to all of the staff for taking care of me and my eye care.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jones. He was very informative and very easy to ask him questions. The ladies up front were sweet also. My first time there and probably not my last.
