I have been fortunate enough to have some of the best care in the world and I decided to go to Walmart (in Ft. Worth) today to get my eyes checked because I was disappointed in some of the experiences I have had in the past. Dr. JONES was delightful and extremely thorough with my eye exam and I felt confident that I will be well taken care of from not only him but his entire office staff. Dr Ellis wasn't in, but the doctor filling in was really good. Did a thorough test and explained everything so well. Front desk and assistant were very friendly. Will go back every year.
Super easy to get helped. Arrived to my appointment on time and was immediately helped. The Dr was super friendly and efficient as were his assistants. I would definitely recommend and I will be a repeat customer. I can see clear again! 🤓
He is efficient. Professional. Very good with teenagers and smaller children. Answers any and all questions. We are very satisfied and will continue to go back for our yearly checks for glasses and contacts. The staff was also nice, helpful and accommodating.
This is the nicest office! Staff ladies are polite and efficient! Dr. Jones is very good at explaining everything so that you understand everything! He’s very patient but to the point! I like the convenience of walking next door to get my glasses and contact prescriptions immediately! Plus he gave me coupons and a sample!! Ten stars!!!
