The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
