Two weeks before my appointment, his staff called to tell me he was cancelling my appointment to extend his vacation. That in itself was extremely unprofessional to not have planned in advance, but on top of that, I was also told that they would not accommodate me to get my appointment taken care of as soon as possible. Rather, they informed me I would have to wait almost an additional month to see him. I will definitely be looking for a different doctor.
Very professional and caring. He listens to his patients and works with them and their concerns.
