I am and 87 year old woman who has attended this clinic since it first opened. I find contact with Dr. Frank to be a refreshing experience...something I have not experienced with the previous Doctors. He listens..... and I never feel that I need to rush either from his office or his phone appointments. Thank you, Doctor Frank...I very much appreciate your care and the way you share your knowledge and expertise. You seem to understand this old girl!

Dr. Frank has one of the best side manners I have ever seen. He is kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and he listens. Unfortunately, characteristics like these are becoming rare in our realm of Interior Health. I'm extremely pleased I found him.
He is awesome. Went above and beyond for me. Got a knee injection and will be getting another. My knees are done so anything helps. Took the majority of my pinching away.
Dr Frank genuinely cares about his patients. I had a shoulder injury in the spring and I was referred to Dr Frank. He is a kind, caring, very compassionate Dr. After my cortisone injection, he called me to make sure I was doing alright, and to call him if I need anything else.
