Same experience as another person. Dr.Sahki gaslighting my daughter after hurting her. I understand dental work is not always comfortable, and I don't think it was intentional. However, it's not ok to gaslight her by acting as if she didn't experience pain and that it wasn't as big a deal as she was making. Feelings are feelings. Especially to a 5 yo! Office is clean and modern but Dr Ellie was dismissive of my 5yo daughter's discomfort. Kiddo was telling her to stop. And Dr Ellie kept going and told me that my daughter needed to be "pushed". No. My neurodivergent daughter does NOT need to be pushed. She is an excellent advocate for herself, and the "push" showed a lack of respect and consideration. We went to another practice after that. Dr Ellie also showed a lack of understanding of special needs and was shaming to my daughter in other areas.

We have had nothing but great experiences, including an after hours video call when our son fell and hurt his teeth.
