Dr. Wolk has helped me with everything from chronic back/neck issues to arthritic hand issues to occasional strained joint issues. She takes a holistic approach to good health...we have discussed the benefits of other practices (acupuncture, massage therapy, physical therapy, supplements, yoga, etc.) and she encourages without pressuring. I have been seeing her for many years and my aches and pains have melted away. I continue to see her weekly (15 minute visit) to maintain my health.
I came to dr. Wolk after a bad fall. She was very thorough in explaining the therapy and function of the spine and nerves to me . I had a severe pinched nerve of the L5 lumbar region. She was able to apply pressure off of the nerve by getting to the source. I was back to feeling more comfortable within a week. Other doctors just wanted to treat the symptom, not the source.
