I had an amazing experience ! The entire process, from creating my appointment to the quick check-in and check-out, was completely seamless. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and professional throughout my entire visit.I’d like to specifically point out Frida and Nellie who were able to educate me on my insurance benefits and on different cosmetic products offered. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ellen Turner and nurse Jasmine ware are simply wonderful from the very first meeting they put me at ease. I was a mess as well as my skin and they took the time to make me fill good about treatment walking me through it step by step now I feel back to normal again thanks to them oh let not forget the ladies at the front desk making it easy to sign in and out good work ladies.

The front desk ladies are always very sweet and welcoming, but unfortunately the nurses have been the complete opposite. They come across as very unfriendly and condescending, almost like they don’t want to be there or hate their job. I’ve had several unpleasant experiences here, too many to even write about. It’s really disappointing because good customer service and compassion matter, especially in a place like this. If you’re looking for a friendly and caring environment, this may not be the best place.
