The front desk ladies are always very sweet and welcoming, but unfortunately the nurses have been the complete opposite. They come across as very unfriendly and condescending, almost like they don’t want to be there or hate their job. I’ve had several unpleasant experiences here, too many to even write about. It’s really disappointing because good customer service and compassion matter, especially in a place like this. If you’re looking for a friendly and caring environment, this may not be the best place.
For about 12 years I had a rash in both of my ears that was driving me crazy. 3 dermatologist and 2 primary care doctors told me it was eczema. They prescribed steroid creams which worked for about 24 hours then the itch and oozing would return. Dr Turner looked at it and said "I don't think that is eczema lets test you for allergies". A week later for the first time in 12 years I was itch free. Dr Turner has come thru for me over and over. She is simply the best.
Dr. Ellen Turner and her staff provided outstanding service. Clarify all my questions. Gave me advice on how to avoid any skin damage and how to protect my whole family. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a wonderful dermatologist. Her nurse Jazmin made feel comfortable and provided caring care. The from desk staff was welcoming and friendly.
Dr. Ellen Turner is awesome! I have been to couples of dermatologist for my keloids issues. But I noticed she has the best results. If you have any keloids issues, she is the one to come too. Now, I can show my chest, without being self conscious. Thank you Dr. Turner🙏🏽
