Doctor Fleenor was responsive to all of my concerns when I discussed my chronic pain issues. She encouraged me to be proactive in my treatment and redirected my request for referral from her to suggesting I make the responsible effort to call a specialist that she approved in discussions as necessary and set an appointment.
