Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Sometimes, but most of the time they don't

I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
