A pediatrician should be more flexible to infants, we were 10 minutes late to our appointment (because my daughter was asleep in the car) and they refused to see us because there was only 5 minutes left in appointment time. Typically our appointments are less than 5 minutes…. Wasted an entire afternoon. FYI to future patients, don’t be late to your appointment.
