Very knowledgeable but not friendly. Had a booklet that she rapid fired through all the information. Didn't answer most of my questions, even the ones that she is listed as an expert in on her bio. Then recorded a full 12 point exam including heart, lungs, and bowel sounds, palpating abdomen including spleen, checking lymph nodes in various places, etc. The only exam she did was a breast exam and the only lymph nodes she checked were in the arm pits.
