Dr. Holper is a nice enough person. She seems to care when you manage to get an appointment. That, however, is the problem. It is nearly impossible to get staff on the phone to make an appointment. The office staff is quite unhelpful when you do manage to get through. If you are having difficulty with medication or feeling bad and needing to talk to her nurse, you will be sent to a voicemail that promises to get back within 24 hours... This is a total lie.
