Called in to schedule our babies first appointment and they refused to see us because we simply wanted to talk to the dr about vaccinations instead of fully committing over the phone. Horrible condescending conversation from the person who answered and now my wife is very upset. I highly recommend you skip this Doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Cefalu for over eight years. It was great having a doctor nearby and easily accessible. She was responsive to our questions and made sure that appropriate tests were done. It felt very comfortable there between everyone we had interactions with. I am moving away and will miss her.
I recently chose this doctor because on the UHC website it said that they were accepting new patients. I really want to see Elizabeth because I have no doubt, she is a great doctor and closest to my home. Unfortunately, the receptionist is telling me they aren't accepting UHC patients. She was very snobby with me. I even asked if I could be put on a waiting list and got a rude response back, so I ended up just walking out disappointed.
