I have been seeing Dr. Cefalu for over eight years. It was great having a doctor nearby and easily accessible. She was responsive to our questions and made sure that appropriate tests were done. It felt very comfortable there between everyone we had interactions with. I am moving away and will miss her.
I recently chose this doctor because on the UHC website it said that they were accepting new patients. I really want to see Elizabeth because I have no doubt, she is a great doctor and closest to my home. Unfortunately, the receptionist is telling me they aren't accepting UHC patients. She was very snobby with me. I even asked if I could be put on a waiting list and got a rude response back, so I ended up just walking out disappointed.
My husband and myself have been patients of Dr. Cefalu for about 5 years. She is always thorough with our exams. She got my blood pressure under control which no one else has been able to achieve in past years. She is highly recommended!!!
