The office staff should be ashamed of themselves, disgusting behavior.
I've had big doctor's offices I've been with big companies and I always felt like a number just get in get out let's hurry up take care of one problem sorry if you have another problem come back again. With this office I don't feel like a number everything's not all online and it's it's more I guess down to earth more old school more personable I've interacted with the ladies at the front desk they've never been rude to me or I've never had any issues anybody in that office. Fantastic service, Reception was great, and I couldn't be more happy to be getting the care I need
I have been treated by Dr Bassow-Sheve for over 30 years and have never been treated rudely by any staff member, many of whom have been there for years. I also value highly the treatment I've had with Dr. Lisa. She is one of a kind - to be treasured.
