I highly recommend Dr. Kiracofe and her staff! ‘Dr. K’ spent extra time with me, even staying after hours, answering my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly before making her recommendations for my skin care. (I am over 60 and am trying to slow time!) She asked for and considered products I was currently using and that were working well for me, and then made adjustments and suggestions accordingly. I am writing this review after having a horrible experience with Dr Elizabeth Kiracofe. After paying a premium for her services (as she doesn't accept insurance) she gave me a diagnosis without even checking my skin (after I told her - "hey you haven't even looked at my scalp" she told me "some things we can tell based on the words I am hearing and past experience" which I think is reprehensible medical practice), I was rushed through my appointment (because apparently they were overbooked that day), forced to purchase produ... read more
Very professional and clean. High standards here and your care is in great hands. I went in for a cancer skin screening. They took a little biopsy with no pain or downtime, just to be safe than sorry. She is also going to help me with my melasma issue. She can give you a personal recommendation daily and nightly routine of products you already use. Love this personal touch!
I was examined by her 2 days ago. She devoted about 2 hours to me and I saw that he took care of each patient carefully. I am experiencing hair loss, and he and him asistant asked detailed questions. I have never had such a comprehensive dermatologist examination. Before this, I had been to another dermatologist in Chicago, but they were not interested at all.
