Experienced a life threatening health emergency in the ER with this doctor, who completely ignored all symptoms and pleas for help. She knowingly declined medication, doubted my symptoms, and failed to recognize the severity of the health emergency, even as my condition worsened to the point where I couldn't articulate. I am a healthcare worker who was called to come in to be by my mother's side after she injected approximately a 7-10 cm piece of meat. Dr. did not say I am a resident, attending or chief. My mom was given supplemental O2 which brought her oxygen up to the 90’s. Eventually the meat got dislodged after Glucagon was given at 9:02 pm. Being concerned I asked if further testing could be done an outright no was received with little explanation.
