Very bad policies. Receptionist is very short and rude. Had an eye exam done for my son including fitting for contacts in July, which is an out of pocket expense that we paid. Almost no info was given at the time about how their process works for contacts. I had to ask many questions even to find out the basics. My son then decided he would no be able to wear contacts.
