I have been with doctor Garreau for about 3+ years now, and I recommend her to everyone I see searching for an OBGYN, she is nice, great bed side manner, very knowledgeable, concerned when its needed and doesn’t concern her patients if there is no need to, she is very thorough, she knows exactly what she is doing and she is great with her patients, I cannot express how much she is a godsend.
I never leave a review... but I just had to today. I was treated unfairly and I hate injustice. Staff/nurse was so rude as a result of me not bringing in a copy of my results even though the front desk person who was the only helpful one was willing to help me. She offered their email address and I was able to contact my former doctor and had it sent directly to them. All they had to do was print it!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time here. The doctor is nice but she's not thorough. I went in for a second opinion somewhere else and they conducted the appropriate tests. She just kept pushing birth control. Then I get a bill for $340. When I try to get an explanation from the front desk staff, she is rude and unhelpful and tells me to call my insurance.
