I called her office explaining how I urgently needed to see a provider since I was 16 weeks pregnant at the time. I was given an appointment just so that it could be canceled the day before due to the doctor being out that entire week and was given a very hard time trying to reschedule when they were at fault. Just shows lack of empathy and no care for the patients needs.
