I really can't put into words how immensely disappointed I am with the quality of care here. Not sure how y'all sleep at night with an office this poorly run.
I had my first “new patient “ visit last week. Did not like the fact that I did not see the Dr. I saw her NP This is a red flag for me. I am not against a NP but my insurance and I are paying the DR not her assistant. The main reason for my visit was to get a referral and a good all around check up. I was not satisfied with the visit. I moved from Oklahoma, a cancer survivor, needing a follow up scan. The NP basically gave me a handwritten name and number of an oncologist. That was the referral. I am 64 and have even many GP doctors over the years. Dr Coo-Nguyen is the best I have seen. She spent almost a full hour with me on my first visit to get a complete picture of my medical issues. She is friendly. energetic and and comes across as keenly interested in resolving my health issues. Her staff are also friendly and accomodating. It took me a couple of months to get an initial appointment with her, but the wait was very much worth it.
