Dr. White spent time and explained everything. Her very good review and explanation. The big issue I had was that whoever provided her with the data, provided the wrong information. It was my wife’s information and we were getting worried about some of the numbers until we figured out, it was the wrong data provided by the nurse. Just need to be more careful with double checking information.
I was a patient for many years. She is absolutely GREAT. She is outstanding. We moved to Tennessee end of 2019 and changed insurance. I am moving back to Louisiana. One of my top 5 reasons is my doctors. Dr. White listens to you. Never rushes you and explains everything. I trust her implicitly!!!
Tried to switch to White as my PCP when my previous was out for an extended period of time. Received one phone call from her PA as initial contact. Could never get another return call from the office. Had elevated PSA noted in bloodwork and notified her office several times. No response. Developed shingles and needed follow-up with PCP within five days. Notified her office - no response. Only communication they seem to be willing to provide are general broadcasts regarding Covid . . . no longer my PCP.
I am very happy with Dr. White’s office. I have been under the care of Nurse Practitioner, Elizabeth Sims for some time now. I find her always to be cheery, responsive to my needs while always looking for those screening age markers which has my overall health in mind. I especially appreciate Elizabeth being open minded about any changes I may bring up and especially how she helps me navigate topics that apply to the “other specialists” that I also have to see in addition to their office. Dr. White and her staff have a wonderful medical practice. My wife and I have been her patients since we moved to the area and they have always been professional, pleasant to work with and work to help with your circumstances. During this difficult time they have sent out constant updates on current conditions and their office operations. Very beneficial.

I've always seen Elizabeth Sims and Cassie Guste, NP's, in Dr. White's office. I've been pleased with both of them. Dr. White has done a remarkable job of keeping her patients up to date regarding the COVID 19 virus, while making herself and her NP's available through telemedicine and in person visits.
