I have never written a negative review in my entire life. That should give you an idea of the level of frustration I am experiencing. I am sure Dr. Spencer is an excellent physician. Dr.Spencer and her staff are absolutely incredible. My first visit I saw Jackie. And my appointment lasted an hour (in the best way). She took the time to listen to me about all of my symptoms that I have been having and as soon as she had an understanding of what I could have she explained to me in such great detail (that I could actually understand) and she even was drawing diagrams and showing me examples.
