Doctors are meh. Staff is HORRIBLE. Fredricka should NEVER take messages or even answer the phone and Dr. Reeds nurse thinks it's ok to hang up on a patient. I overlooked a ton of the staff errors in the past but it's just unacceptable. The lack of caring is blatantly obvious. Maybe a letter to Mr. West or Dr. Carter would help get that place in line.
The absolute worst patient service you can possibly experience will happen at this clinic. The front desk might be the most incompetent group you have ever talked to. Very disorganized and unprofessional. Good luck being able to talk to anyone on the phone who knows anything to help.
Front desk never directed to have xray done when we told them it was to be done before appointment. Took us back to room waited 50 mins came and said well we need u to go have an xray done. Now we have to wait for an xray and now wait for the doctor again.
I was apprehensive about the score but see why it earned it soon as we walked in. Doctor and nurse we saw, 5 stars plus. Customer service and lab 1 star. The ladies that were manning the lab desk were just bad attitude witches. Go sign in on kiosk rudely to customers. Small little tablet. I am 50 and had hard time with it. 70+ year old ppl just being pushed over there to use. They struggled. 8 people deep and they were frustrated. Ridiculous. They've been okay and I mean just okay. I cancelled an appointment and the next day they sent me an email/text stating if I miss another they'll charge me. I called and told them that I cancelled my appointment they told me that they saw that I had called a week before my appt. But they didn't document what it was for. I told them that it was to cancel the appt they said I missed but was told they can't do anything. Also my Dr. Barely listens and always feels extremely rushed.
