Dr. Polacheck has been my Doctor for many years now. Since the beginning she has always listened, asked questions, answered questions, and she has always went above and beyond to always take her time at each visit. I have never felt rushed through any of my visits all of these years! I honestly can't say enough kind words about Dr. Polacheck. We definitely need more Doctors like her! Her bedside manner is the best I've ever experienced!

Kind, compassionate, and caring, Dr. Polacheck definitely puts patients first. She always takes as much time as needed to discuss and create a treatment plan for whatever problem her patient reports. An appointment with her is like having coffee with an old friend; she really wants to know everything that is going on with you to examine outside forces that may impact her patient.
Dr. Polacheck is a one of a kind Doctor. She truly cares for the well being of her patients, and never makes you feel rushed at your appointments. Dr. Polacheck has made my pain manageable. She does not push medications at you like some other doctors, but rather works to solve the issue at hand. I'm thankful for her and have already recommended her to others. Her office manager is also great, she is always able to accommodate my busy work schedule and keeps a smile on her face.
I have been working with Dr. Polacheck for 13 years. As others, I am a patient with chronic pain; I am certain that it takes a special temperment to provide medical care as well as compassionate support to those of us who seek answers, relief, and daily management of the various problems that cause this invisible pain. With Dr Polacheck, I have consistently received fine medical care delivered with special personal dignity, helping me learn to live with a chronic pain situation.
I had been seeing Dr. Polacheck for many years,I have problems with my knees,hips,and back. She started me on pain pills, including opiates. Through the years she kept increasing them untill I was taking a huge amount. Now just recently she informed me that she wont see me or any other patient that needs pain pills because she dont want to deal with the insurance companies. She tossed alot of people out to fend for themselves and other doctors wont see them because they take pills. Im 65 yrs old
There should be more dr.s like her very considerate . She takes the time to listen to you. Seems to understand your needs . I just can't say enough about this lady I always felt comfortable talking to her . There was never a medical question she couldn't help you with and if she felt the need she could direct you to the specialist you might need . The only negative thing I could ever say is she's leaving her practice as of July 1st of 2016 . She will be truly missed.
