Lack of consideration for the patient's discomfort during painful procedures. All the focus of the office staff and associates were around how to charge patients more. I was overcharged for a procedure that wasn't even complete. They were deceitful, not providing full information, and not making sure that the patient is actually prepared for the procedure and trying to get to the money first, so the patient is stuck with the procedure no matter how uncomfortable they are.
