My procedure was performed safely. I struggled with 1) the rapid pace of info given and 2) not getting my questions answered by her post-op. In my opinion, there's no replacement for hearing from the surgeon herself, especially because I had questions my loved ones didn't ask. I needed to know that the intense changes happening to me hormonally (were normal) and would pass.

Procedure-wise, she got the job done. But with warmth and empathy? I’d rate that 0 stars. The biggest reason for my rating is that she spoke faster than I could process and did not communicate with me directly after surgery, even when I asked. I understand that for her this may be a routine procedure, but for me it was life-changing. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect 10 minutes of direct explanation and support. For these reasons, I will not be returning to this provider.
