The doctor is great but the receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. She cuts you off while talking and even dismissed my partner’s health concerns. She is a receptionist and is giving medical advice which is very unprofessional.
Dr. Eliza Lai is a very caring and responsible family doctor. During my annual exam last week, she carefully followed up on a potential health issue and strongly encouraged me to do additional checks instead of ignoring it. Thanks to her attention and persistence, the issue was discovered early and could have otherwise been missed. I truly appreciate her professionalism, thoroughness, and genuine care for her patients. Our whole family has been with Dr. Lai for nearly 20 years. She is kind, patient, and always attentive to our needs. We truly appreciate everything she has done for us.
Doctor Lai is a fantastic doctor and has always provided excellent care whenever we bring our young sons in for checkups. I would highly recommend her. However, the behavior of one of the receptionists, I believe her name is Obe, is unacceptable. As others have mentioned in their reviews, she is consistently unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Dr. Lai is fantastic. I have been seeing her for over 10 years now. She has two receptionist that work there, one is absolutely wonderful! The other is so rude! She always cuts you off and doesn't listen so ends up getting your questions or requests wrong. I have to constantly repeat myself every call or visit. But Dr. Lai and her other receptionist are so wonderful!
