The most professional, thorough and caring doctor I have ever seen.
A close friend of mine, a single mom, uses this office and asked me to post this for her. She has been trying to get her 12 year old 2 vaccines at her local pharmacy next door to where she works, to save her an unnecessary trip to the office, but the pharmacy requires a prescription for giving vaccines to people under 13. The pharmacy reached out for 3 days to the office. The office could not provide their fax number so her pharmacy could request it electronically (how do they not know their own fax number?). I just moved to Texas for school and needed a new primary care physician. Dr. Elisabeta is so kind and bumbly. Her personality is like a ray of sunshine and she made me feel so safe. She personally greeted my dad, friend, and I. I will definitely be coming back to her and referring my friends. The nurse that assisted her was lovely as well. Also, her front desk receptionist was so nice (they helped me print my school’s physical). Just overall a very positive environment and experience ☀️💕
She was a good doctor, however every time I’ve been there I was charged for outrageous things I was never checked for/discussed with her. For example- during my physical the doctor would ask me why I’m taking a particular medication. I said for acne and we move on. Then 2 months later I get a bill for $100 saying she treated me for acne when we never spoke about it nor did she write a prescription for me.
