I have been a patient of Dr. Lorrando’s since she bought the practice. She and her staff are FABULOUS and I would never go to another office. My entire extended family and some friends are also patients of Dr. Lorrando and we’re all very happy with this entire office.
All the staff was extremely polite. I was very scared/nervous going to the dentist, they understood my fears and validated them. They were gentle and thorough. Everything was explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered, and there were a lot. They did not try to sell me anything extra, they understand their patients are in different financial situations and ran/running all my insurance and numbers before doing any work so I am informed.
