Still waiting for my refund!!! They still your money and get paid from the Insurance company. They don’t pick up when I call ! Stay away from them
I visited this dental office as an in-network patient with my insurance provider and was required to pay the full cost upfront. My insurance claim has since been processed, the provider has been paid, and according to the Explanation of Benefits, I am owed a refund of $2,836.40. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office by phone and email, I have not received my refund or any response. The doctor, the front desk and the whole staff are amazing. So professional and friendly and Gloria she is the BEST I have ever had. I did a cleaning with her and she was so polite and accurate. Even if they are far from home, I will never switch this place!
