Dr. Kurzer, and his entire staff were excellent on my last visit. Dr. Kurzer explained the procedure, and afterwards took his time to explain it and asked me if I had any question. Excellent.
Dr. Kurzer thoroughly explains treatment methods and possible options to achieve desired result. Very caring.

The physician is excellent; however, my experience with the staff and with management was extremely disappointing. When I expressed frustration after being hung up on and having multiple calls go unanswered which have preventing me from completing my exam the managers responded by saying I was “coming at her.” This response was concerning and unprofessional. It reflects a lack of accountability at the leadership level, which may explain the staff’s apparent lack of attentiveness to patient needs.
