After seeing a previous Urologist for almost two years without any progress or care, I was recommended to see Dr. Kurzer. Dr. Kurzer was prepared with my history and discussed the options of care that I would need. He didn't waste any time and I am grateful for the professional care from him, his staff and Memorial Hospital Miramar.
Waited over an hour to see this doctor and trust and believe all the bad reviews about his attitude is TRUE! Poor bedside manners, kept cutting me off and wouldnt let me explain myself , spoke down on the referring physicians and honestly if he could had call me stupid he probably would. Will Not be returning to this office! I asked the girl at the desk if there was other doctors here and she said they were 2 but that my care would be with dr. kurzer as if i had no choice. My father is was diagnosed with cancer and needs a PET CT to determine the course of treatment. Today, they canceled the appointment because the medical team in his office failed to do their part to obtain proper authorization. As a healthcare professional myself- it truly is troubling when I see such a dysfunctional practice and a team who lacks the ability to show empathy for their patients.
