Same experience as Mariah. Had schedled a new patinet appointment months ago but had to cancel for a family issue requiring travel. Now can't reschedule. Once you have accpeted a patient for an appointment I would think it would be good practice to b ale to reschedule. Does not speak well for GBMC.
I’ve scheduled an appointment with Dr.Elie Miller 3 months ago for a new patient appointment. I was told that he is accepting new patients at the time that I scheduled. My appointment was scheduled for March 2024. It’s now January 31st 2024 and I’ve received a phone call from Dajah at Dr.Elie’s office. She told me that he is not accepting any new patients, and that they will have to cancel my appointment. How do you call someone months later with news like that after Al these months?
