Extremely unprofessional, her office made an error on billing and when I asked for a correction Dr. Cohen called me on a public holiday SCREAMING at me for the error her office made... It was extremely disturbing resulting in me terminating the relationship immediately. During my second visit she also couldn't remember key things we talked about in the first session. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
I’ve been seeing Dr Cohen on and off for approximately 24 years and find her to be extremely helpful getting through both crisis times and ongoing support. She always makes herself available when I need her. She Always knows what to say and also has many references for ongoing support. I’m not the only person in my family who sees her as we all trust her and appreciate her help with mental health issues.. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Cohen is very nice. She returned my call in less than 24 hr. Dr. Cohen couldn't help me with a letter I requested but she spent her time to tell me the right direction. It was very nice. I also researched about Dr. Cohen and liked that she has expertise about children with emotional intelligence. I recommend Dr. Cohen.
Doctor Cohen is an extremely talented and skilled practioner. She is well equipped to handle any kind of difficulties with mood, emotions, etc. She is kind, respectful and has an honest relationship with her clients. Her feedback has helped me find my light at the end of the tunnel. She brought out the best in me and helped me reach my best potential. Highly recommended..
