This dr cannot for the life of her understand that patients have rights and abuse & miniplates every situation to benefit herself. Beyond disgusting, she can ignore her patients and threaten to drop them because of her own mistakes.
The receptionist is most caring and very professional. Dr Shamsian is very thorough and highly professional
Dr. Shamsian has been my family doctor for so many years I can't count. She's frank, tells it like it is, is very knowledgeable and full of common sense. She also has excellent referral connections in the Ottawa area. If you need someone with special expertise she does not hesitate to send you. She's also now my kids'doctors as their pediatrician retired. I've received attentive care throughout all these years, regardless of the failing medical system in Canada / Ontario.
