The receptionist is most caring and very professional. Dr Shamsian is very thorough and highly professional
Dr. Shamsian has been my family doctor for so many years I can't count. She's frank, tells it like it is, is very knowledgeable and full of common sense. She also has excellent referral connections in the Ottawa area. If you need someone with special expertise she does not hesitate to send you. She's also now my kids'doctors as their pediatrician retired. I've received attentive care throughout all these years, regardless of the failing medical system in Canada / Ontario.
Good doctor. She's my GP for more than 15 yrs. No sugar coating on issues but caring.
Dr. Shamsian was my family doctor until I needed an appointment due follow-up on a severe inflammation that sent me to emergency and then I was informed I was no longer a patient due to not having an appointment for 10 years (off by just a few months...) and that they were not accepting new patients, not even previous patients. Her office had not de-enrolled me as a patient with Service Ontario so I had to do that myself before trying to find a new family doctor.
