Everyone I've encountered has been pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Rezvanian is the best. Always there for me. She keeps me informed on my health issues and I'm very comfortable with her.
Due to jury duty service being possible;asked to be put on on call for canceled appointments and was then able to get in earlier in 3 days.That went very well.I have been pleased with getting appointments at Pac Med.My old PCP left the valley organization and I choose a new PCP in Pac Med. I was a little concerned about the switch but now am very happy with it.I am also very happy with the new building and it's lay out.I was able to get a x-ray done in under 10 mins. That was great.

Great provider
She was very accusatory and disrespectful and didn't listen to what I had to say.
I do not feel as if the provider listened to me. Her bedside manner is lacking. People who are given a diagnosis or lack there of, should be able to ask questions without feeling as if they are bothering the provider who has the information.
It was good but I have a hearing problem and I had to ask the Dr. To repeat herself several times which is hard for me to always understand wht she meant . Utherwise the appointment went good.
