She has been our doctor for many years now. She always answers our calls and is always considerate and understanding.
Dr. Louis is a fantastic doctor. After being diagnosed with a genetic auto immune disorder, Dr. Louis helped me come up with a treatment plan based on what works for the rest of my family. Dr. Louis is kind, the office staff is extremely organized, and Dr. Louis is even able to take phone appointments or walk-ins if you need to be seen urgently. When I switched insurance plans, I was nervous when it came to finding a doctor that worked for me, but Dr. Louis has been fantastic. I hope to be a patient for a long time.
This place is absolutely awful, look elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Dr. Louis has her days where she is nice enough and others where it's evident she could care less. There is no consistency of quality care here. Most alarming is that Dr. Louis has given me false and misleading information multiple times. I rarely post any reviews but feel Dr. Louis is very deserving of this review. She's been my Doctor for several years and is now our family doctor. She's extremely knowledgeable and caring, she is diligent in following up post any consultation and is able to set your mind at ease with excellent communication skills. We are very grateful for her service and level of care.
She's a horrible doctor. She told me she hates her own patients. She misdiagnoses patients. When one of her patients died, she immediately went back and changed her notes so she doesn't get in a lawsuit by the patients family. She refuses to treat high risky patients because if they die, she doesn't want to take responsibility. She fired a lot of her co-workers during her residency because she refuses to help other friends.
