The first consultation with Dr. Elena T. was professional and gave us confidence to move forward. She clearly explained the process and mentioned that IVF does not guarantee results. Checked with them on insurance coverage and they said yes but ended up being an out of pocket expense. She came over 2.5 hours late for the appointment. That’s sheer disrespect and unprofessional.

I feel completely taken advantage of by this office. They prey on struggling, low-income women by claiming they accept your insurance — only to hit you later with a shocking $557 bill for what was barely a 5-minute consultation.
