It is extremely disturbing this woman calls herself a doctor. Vile, rude, and incompetent, are just a few words I can think of to describe her bedside manner. The way she speaks to patients is dehumanizing and alarming on every level.
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction and to file a formal complaint regarding Dr. Elena Morgan, MD, following an online consultation through the Sesamecare platform. I spoke to Dr. Elena Morgan via teledoc and she was very brief and dismissive when I asked questions, only spending about two minutes with me. Her tone came across as sarcastic and made me feel disrespected, like my concerns weren’t valid. She prescribed an additional five days of prednisone but didn’t offer any tapering instructions or guidance. I had my daughter use Teledoc from college as she was very ill, fever and coughing. This Dr. literally spoke to her for 2 minutes. 2 minutes and told her she had the flu, she would call in Tamiflu and another medication for her. I sent her to urgent care to get a real diagnosis feeling uneasy that someone could diagnose the flu without actually testing for it. She was tested for the flu and Covid and both were negative.
