Excellent eye doctor. Was able to see my husband for an eye injury same day. COVID compliant, friendly front office. Highly recommend this opthalmologist.
Terrible! I sure wish I'd seen her Yelp reviews before I wasted my time. Unfortunately, Dr. Elena B. Mier-Trotter had a decent rating on my health insurance website. I'll be sure to write a review there, too, to save the next person the hassle. I arrived this morning at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. When I walked in the receptionist asked my name and then spent a moment looking at her computer as though she was confused and asked if I had an appointment. I said yes.
